Capital One Trading & Co. supplies food and consumable products primarily to B2B, wholesale and commercial customers. Products may be supplied in bulk, unbranded, plain or customer-specified packaging, depending on the product, quantity and agreed order requirements.
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, packed and delivered.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed after successful order confirmation and payment, where applicable.
Standard orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, subject to product availability, order quantity and operational requirements.
B2B, wholesale and bulk orders may require additional processing time. The expected dispatch timeline may be communicated separately for such orders.
2. Dispatch
Once an order has been processed and packed, it will be handed over to a suitable courier, transport company or logistics partner.

8. Failed Delivery
A shipment may be delayed, returned or subject to additional charges if delivery cannot be completed because:

9. Damaged Shipment
Customers are advised to inspect the shipment and external packaging upon delivery.
If a shipment appears damaged, the customer should, where reasonably possible:

Photograph the package before opening it.

Photograph the damaged portion.

Record the condition of the shipment with the delivery personnel where possible.

If the product appears contaminated, spoiled or otherwise unsafe for consumption, do not consume it.
Claims relating to damaged or incorrect products will be handled according to our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
10. Missing or Incorrect Products
If any product is missing or an incorrect product has been delivered, the customer should contact us with:

After verification, we may provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, addition of the missing product to a subsequent order, refund or another mutually appropriate commercial resolution.

Our products are food and consumable products.
Once the shipment has been successfully delivered, the customer is responsible for appropriate storage and handling of the products in accordance with the applicable product/storage instructions.
Capital One Trading & Co. is not responsible for deterioration, contamination or damage resulting from improper storage, handling or transportation arranged by the customer after delivery.
Natural variations in colour, texture, crystallisation, aroma, appearance or consistency may occur in natural food products and do not necessarily constitute a product defect.
12. International Shipping
International shipping may be available for selected products and destinations.

Tracking information is provided by the relevant courier or logistics provider. We are not responsible for temporary inaccuracies, delays in updating tracking information or technical issues with third-party tracking systems.
14. Remote & Difficult-to-Service Locations
Additional delivery time or transportation charges may apply to remote, rural or difficult-to-service locations.
Where additional charges are applicable, we may communicate them to the customer before dispatch.
15. Force Majeure
Capital One Trading & Co. shall not be responsible for shipping or delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, war, civil disturbances, strikes, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, infrastructure failures or other similar events.
